Proactive, never tired, energetic, combative, and outgoing, a real strategist with inborn leadership skills. Selected at a young age by Inter Milan as a goalkeeper, Fabio wants to win at any cost and knows that to do so he also has to learn to lose a few games. Thanks to twenty years of experience at Fiera Milano, from his apprenticeship in the pavilions to his successes as sales manager, Fabio now knows how to achieve any goal.
Giovanni Tessarin
He dreamed of becoming a politician, but compromises weren’t his strength. A thoroughbred of relationships, he loves to look beyond, to see further than anyone else. Starting from technical assistance, he gained experience through various roles at Fiera Milano for seventeen years, with passion, dedication, absorbing all the secrets of the trade, until he began dealing with hangings. Alongside Manuel De Vecchi, he has achieved notable goals, transforming a small service into a top performing system. “Giò is here, always” he loves to repeat.
Manuel De Vecchi
After spending his youth spent in social work and dedicating the age of reason to the world of events, Manuel lived the fabulous years of fashion as a protagonist until starting to work for Fiera Milano which, well beyond his expectations, became his home. He started from the bottom but grew rapidly to the direction of an operations unit and the development of technical services. Alongside Giovanni Tessarin, in fifteen years he has managed to quintuple the Fiera Milano hanging business.

Founder of BIBI Allestimenti, Fabrizio has been working in the field of exhibition stands in Italy and abroad for over twenty years. He specializes in the design and construction of showrooms, shop and office furnishings, and the setting up of exhibitions of international importance. A talented craftsman, Fabrizio represents the right synthesis of every idea born from our group. He skillfully analyzes and breaks down each project, and always finds the best solution to obtain the unattainable.
